I am a music instructor at Westside Music School, the Harmony Road School, and Clackamas Community College. I have taught piano and music theory for twenty years, and I'm currently a masters student in composition at Western Oregon University. My graduate thesis is the Pentagonal Suite for piano, clarinet, and cello, which I'm actively looking to get performed and professionally recorded. I'm also a writer and poet, and, as such, feel perfectly at home in a town like Portland!
Three Representative Works:
Pentagonal Suite for piano, clarinet, and violoncello, 2014
Erinsong for piano, 2012
Rhapsody for piano and cello, 2000

Oregon Connection: I have lived in Portland for nine years, and I'm exhilarated by the community of encouraging musicians, composers, and other artists in Salem, Monmouth, Clackamas, Beaverton, and Portland.
